To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚一家三口又千里迢迢來到東涌,光顧這東涌名店 ...先來個招牌菜“鹹蛋土魷煎肉餅”,香口,味濃,鹹蛋和土魷味鮮明,有水準。繼續邪惡 ... “椒鹽鮮魷”有點失準,鮮魷是新鮮的,夠味,但落鑊炸時沒把它們搞散,明明有十來塊,但現在變成三大“隻”,要我們一家人奮力用筷子把這“三隻”大魷魚肢解。沒有最邪惡,只有更邪惡 ... “酥炸桶蠔”其實都很好,起碼沒有剛才的鮮魷“黐埋一嚿”,但失策,調料只有喼汁,要揚手呼叫侍應,兩分鐘後才來必配的准鹽。這“海鮮雜菜煲”看起來不得了,有真蟹、花甲、瀨尿、蝦乾,雖不是上乘貨,但起碼說得上真材實料,超額滿足了商品說明條例,不過雜菜煲的湯底其實沒什麼海鮮味,那幾塊蝦、蟹、花甲等應該沒有在鍋中烹調太久,所以湯的味道平平,但既然不是用上等貨,倒不如把它們多煮一會,讓菜湯多點海鮮味,或會更惹味!東昇樓沒有甜品,但它有一個甜品menu,是外包給隔壁另一間點心小店的,我們也點了“芒果西米露”及“芒果布甸”,但兩個都是hea做的,得個甜字,只有煉奶味,芒果只有幾粒,完全沒有芒果汁混在布甸及西米中,很失敗,我奉勸東昇樓老闆,沒有甜品就算了,不要外包,攪衰自己招牌!
