To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為添好運係我屋企附近就有一間所以都周不時黎食有網友表示話質素有所下降其實我都覺唔單止質素食物個SIZE都係下降中但係價錢就節節上升今次一行3人 嗌左有鮮竹卷,鳳爪,糯米雞,蒸粉果.牛肉球,鳳爪排骨飯鮮竹卷($18)個鮮竹卷材料唔錯,食落都唔會太油OR太膩不過SIZE就細份左D鳳爪($17)呢隻D鳳爪係比起出面食個D多肉D而且D汁唔會太膠食落係比外面既香口同埋有肉地糯米雞($29)好大隻既糯米雞,材料都好豐富,好飽肚蒸粉果($14)皮薄多料,不過我個人麻麻地鐘意食牛肉球($17)好細球既牛肉球,味道係唔差既,不過咁既價錢可以食好D囉!!!!爪排骨飯($27)最令我驚喜係D飯,好綿好好味,唔會太硬!! 加上D材料都好入味!!必食

呢隻D鳳爪係比起出面食個D多肉D
而且D汁唔會太膠
食落係比外面既香口同埋有肉地
糯米雞($29)
好大隻既糯米雞,材料都好豐富,好飽肚
蒸粉果($14)
皮薄多料,不過我個人麻麻地鐘意食
牛肉球($17)
好細球既牛肉球,味道係唔差既,不過咁既價錢可以食好D囉!!!!
爪排骨飯($27)
最令我驚喜係D飯,好綿好好味,唔會太硬!! 加上D材料都好入味!!必食
