To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我非常明白大家都要賺錢,來貨價加咗,我唔知,人工加咗,我都唔知,品質好咗,我肯定話俾你聽係「bad」,對不起,其實我都唔知係咪bad,今晚食咗個套餐,裏面有一條龍躉,值$398 散叫,是由着黑色衫嘅靚姐姐講嘅,但是在我張枱上嘅龍躉,似是一條大的「金古」,再大多條邊,我就不明白為什麼係價值$398 ,本來想問一問點解呢條係值$398 「散叫」?大家食兩食吹開水望到張單後,發現食緊上湯龍蝦伊麵,點解係橙色嘅汁?美心集團八月花就搵咗個高大威猛又靚仔過嚟解釋説呢碟真係上湯焗龍蝦嘅,個態度有少少稀奇,咁我哋就唯有不再請教套餐中在我們抬上個條龍躉啦!希望看到我食評嘅人指出沙巴龍躉係點樣計㗎,是不是沙巴龍躉是超級勁貴呀?SIZE細過一條套餐中嘅中或小型東星班,而個套餐$1000樓下,多謝🙏。相片…,我想一想,同大家分享吓我覺得係中咗招嘅套餐姐!套餐最突出嘅就係分別係龍躉「大小及微温」啦,同埋澳龍,即是上湯龍蝦伊麵「微溫」,再者就係合時甜品係薑茶湯圓,其實我都未確認,第一我就無食到「蓋都無打開」,第二我聽我阿媽講係非常之多薑非常之甜姐!套餐裏嗰碟蟲草花就幾好食,我🈯️碟菜。
