To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相約三五知己,本想找個舒適環境,開開心心地享受一個愉快的午餐,點知遇到幾個讓人不快的事情:1. 我們一行5人,4大1小,本想點4份午餐再加小食,點知告知話唔得,按人頭,要點5個餐先得(如果這樣,為何餐牌唔寫明呢?)2. 大家決定好要點嘅餐後,叫服務員過來落order時,才告知當天無pizza供應,點解又唔早啲講呢?3. 我們其中兩人點了BBQ Pork Rib, 等了大概半小時有多,仲要問左幾次點解仲未有食物,最後先呈上食物,但Rib同薯條都係凍嘅,一啲都唔似剛整好攞出來嘅食物。同服務員反應,她居然仲話:“等左半小時姐”。。。。試問,如果我要返工嘅話,得1小時食晏時間,我有幾多個半小時可等呢?
