To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為香港人一盡地主之宜,特登帶一班因為疫情關係三年無來香港既台灣朋友,一共6大2小來食啲地道香港名店,點知比人劏。唔知係咪因為我哋成枱都講普通話,又撞正五一黃金週,所以有特別待遇,覺得我哋似水魚。 老公先喺門口魚缸睇住海鮮點菜,點咗兩隻響螺切片生食,坐到埋餐枱侍應同我報重量,一隻三斤幾,好彩老公多口問句幾錢,阿姐報價$80一両,計計數即刻O咗咀,成三千幾蚊一隻,我哋即刻話唔要,轉過頭阿姐又過來報另一隻響螺是2斤,都要二千幾蚊隻,咁貴梗係唔要啦,然後阿姐就話已經劏咗,無得唔要!點解啲劇情咁熟面口,咁似警訊啲騙案既? 夾硬將啲藥材切碎磨粉就成日聽,夾硬話劏咗海鮮,局我哋食咗佢喎,真係靠創發見識到呀!阿姐你咁講唯有照要,碟生切螺片出到來只夠6個大人分,細路都無食過,張單收我$25xx ,即係一片螺片平均要$4xx!我真係唔知自己食咗啲咩……老實講,食物質素是對得起這老店的招牌,食到尾聲阿姐問我哋要唔要糖水,佢話有兩款,所以我就話一樣一半啦,因為我覺得阿姐咁問得,糖水應該係送既。到糖水上枱,我哋又係多口問句,先知道糖水都係要收錢,睇返收據,分別係$40/$30一碗。咁講真,你要收錢我就未必要咁

香港酒樓慣例糖水果盤都係送既,你如果要另計錢唔緊要,打開門做生意個個手法可以不同,既然同行規唔同係咪應該同個客講明糖水唔係送既,避免誤會,等個客自行決定。最後阿姐聲稱老板請我哋食,真心我唔係要R糖水食先嘈你架。

食一餐飯點既菜有2項都靠生米煮成熟飯既騙徒手法昆個客埋單,個客唔問就唔講打算瞞天過海,真係點可以唔登特為你打篇食評阻止下枱客中伏先得?

大家過來食一定要問清楚價錢斤數,香港一斤是16両,創發阿姐話佢哋無菜單也沒有價錢牌,要來食既真係要睇路!
