朋友生日，25/1 晚打電話Book左18/2 7Pm 4位，當時電話職員話好，會幫我地留位，仲問曬基本資料，結果去到當日入場時，職員話無呢個訂位電話，反問我地有無收到確認信息，我地話無收到，然後佢話無收到確認信息等於無Book，要自己Walk In 9:30pm先有位。禮貌問佢會唔會同事唔記得Mark低，換來西口西面話一定係我地問題，Show曬打電話記錄都堅持係我地問題，但明明係職員無Mark低訂位，好好一餐生日飯搞到勁唔開心，前台服務人員態度勁差。完全無彈性處理，趕客咁趕，勁不負責任。以後唔會光襯都唔會介紹朋友黎
