To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不貴但好味

由於我們 6:30 左右已到，所以不用等位~ 大約等了 15-20 分鐘，終於上菜了~ 定食包括一塊中size 的吉列豬扒 (炸得不錯，但用來加在豬扒醬中的白芝麻略嫌不夠香口)有些切得很幼細的椰菜絲，份量較少，不過可再添~ 油豆腐麵豉湯不夠濃，味道很一般拌菜的黃蘿蔔新鮮爽脆我最欣賞那碗白飯~ 沒溝米~我從小已很喜歡吃定食，尤其是吉列豬扒~ 但現在有好吃定食的日本餐廳已經越來越少了~ 不然又太貴，很難經常去吃....... 發現了這裡之後，相信我以後會多多幫襯的~

但現在有好吃定食的日本餐廳已經越來越少了~ 不然又太貴，很難經常去吃....... 發現了這裡之後，相信我以後會多多幫襯的~
