❁ 赤身醬油漬: 以秘製醬油輕醃,開胃又能帶出赤身的鮮甜,口感較為結實,帶有膠質
❁ 根室市馬糞海膽: 簡直是以$$ 堆砌出來的美味,表面呈金黃色,膽肉雖小卻肥厚飽滿,放入口中隨即化開,味道甘香濃郁
