To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期六夜晚慶祝朋友生日,朋友唔想打邊爐或放,於是走去旺角創興呢間酒樓食飯。三個人嗌咗6個餸食。先嚟個蕃茄肉碎浸莧菜,大部分酒樓都係蒜頭金蛋浸莧菜,配番茄我都係第一次食,味道不錯。跟住整半隻炸子雞食,雖然細隻咗啲,但食得過😋之後整個支竹火腩煲,都係味道唔差,但若然有豆腐落去,咁就會更加好食。西蘭花炒帶子蚌,個師傅炒得幾好食,推介!之後嗌咗半隻乳豬,$338,六個餸最貴嘅一個餸,個人認為一般。。。。。。最後整個盞鬼陳皮咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉冇骨,大人細路都啱食,加上有啲油炸鬼喺度,食落去仲更加脆口。整體嚟計,唔好期望個賣相好,但味道唔差幾好食。最大遺憾係食唔到片皮鴨,希望下次再嚟有得食。價錢尚算接受到,係嗰半隻乳豬貴咗啲,唔抵食
