年近歲晚,一大班朋友約出來飲杯茶吃個包聚一聚。交通方便就選了這間盈館。一行九人坐一張大圓檯,座位闊落。待應服務也可以,一檯開了四款茶,也一一照辦,只是每一壺茶都沒有標籤,我們要自製標籤作識別。看看早市的餐單都抵食,不過我們來到已是中午,只有吃正價點心了。小食:櫻花蝦豉油皇炒腸粉:腸粉油滑,豉油味道出色,不過鹹,小小櫻花蝦伴於其中,添美味。八味脆豆腐:粒粒內軟外脆,味粉均衡包圍,吃來惹味。滷水豬腳仔:腳仔細細,片得薄,但仍保留肉在內,皮也易吃,汁液掛上食材剛剛好。特色粉麵:豉椒斑腩炒河,碟頭大,除了豉椒更多的是涼瓜。喜歡涼瓜的應該覺得好吃。醬汁我認為偏多,糊著每條河粉,不太爽。斑腩口感就不差,件頭也大。點心:鮮蝦菜苗餃:皮薄餡足,菜苗細碎清香。蝦餃:蝦肉爽口,蝦料充沛,口感豐富。甫魚乾蒸燒賣:平時吃蟹籽燒賣多,這間用甫魚放面又幾特別,甫魚在口邊已不停收縮,甫魚又有一陣魚乾味,入口後仍保留著。燒賣有蝦肉在內,吃起來肉爽彈牙。豉汁蒸鳳爪:鳳爪腍滑,入味,鋪底的花生吸收了汁液也好吃。遠年陳皮牛肉球:啖啖的陳皮味隨著咀嚼牛肉球時滲出來,沒有太多粉漿,可吃到肉味。薑汁雞飽仔:飽身軟熟,餡料充足。蜜汁叉燒飽:飽內叉燒汁液滿滿,肉質可以。黑金流沙飽:黑色的飽面上印有金色盈字,配合酒樓的名號。不過流心的效果不夠,原以為一咬下去可以有傾瀉而下的奶黃,怎知流心藏於深處,淺嚐一口未能看到效果。應該大大口一咬才行。芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷:腐皮炸得香脆,包裹著的鮮蝦也被炸過,吃著兩重脆炸的食材,雖然是爽口但稍為覺得乾了點。銀湖百花釀魚肚:賣相不錯,蝦膠和魚肚味道相配,吸收汁液後入口潤滑綿密。櫻花蝦煎薄罉:邊位煎得脆口,中間部份夠薄身又軟糯。金銀菜乾火鴨絲粥:粥底綿密,金菜用了生菜,銀菜有味不鞋口,細碎鴨絲均衡分佈粥內。味道不鹹,正常。銀魚仔肉餅飯:魚仔鹹味口足,肉餅份量與碗一樣,厚度適中,飯粒分明。臘味雙腸飯:油光充足的潤腸和臘腸已切開放飯面,色澤鮮明,味道不錯。飯粒一樣乾爽好吃。薑汁糕:薑味濃郁,軟糯香甜。這頓埋年之聚,吃了十九款美食,不是款款出色但也算好吃。 continue reading

星期日一行4人去咗旺角飲茶食lunch~ 見呢間位於創興嘅酒樓都幾多評價,就決定去試吓!🔸盈館一品炒飯(蝦仁、 帶子)都幾足料,有唔少蝦仁同帶子粒,個飯都炒得好乾身,唔油膩,係一個我哋幾鍾意嘅炒飯!🔸砂鍋鮑魚雞粒蛋白炒飯呢個炒飯炒得勁靚!粒粒鮑魚同雞粒都炒得好清爽,濃味之餘唔會太油膩,朋友都大讚!超抵食!🔸黑金流沙飽個名咁勁一定要試吓,果然係流沙包,食嗰陣真係要小心睇熱!一咬開啲奶黃已經流晒出嚟!好邪惡!🔸香煎椰汁黄金糕黃金糕市面上真係買少見少,估唔到喺呢間酒樓竟然會發現黃金糕嘅蹤影,所以一定要試吓!黃金糕椰汁味香濃,口感煙靭,咬落一絲絲,好好食! continue reading

以前來過一次好好食,今次完全敗壞了所有好印象。還記得以前來食乳豬好甜好香口,菜式新穎又美味。今次家人團聚上來食第一啖乳豬有陣騷味。冰鎮咕嚕肉完全不知所謂。水準大不如前,出餸慢又凍,整間餐廳又舊又昏暗,位置少了一半,價錢一d都唔平,7人埋單1600蚊,兩小碟20顆花生米收30蚊,服務態度完全冇,斟水要叫三四次,年紀大食慢d,趕客咁X上來執檯,餐具dum得呯呯聲,臨走行慢少少仲要比門口收銀個女人問候點解仲未X。一世人都唔會再幫襯。留名等睇咩下場。 continue reading
