To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近適逢朋友 🎂生日四個齊人喺鬧市食中菜,人均$200 。聽講燒味部大師傅幾代人都做呢行,上網見到脆皮燒鵝皇出名,不過今次大家想試下叉燒,切得薄身,不過份量多到唔止四人份咁,表面微焦,蜜汁味濃。兩味套餐養顏花膠走地雞有大大原隻雞脾,唔會煮到過熟,食到唔少花膠養下顏。沙巴花尾斑清淡,輕輕淋上魚豉油,味道已經足夠。魚肉鮮嫩。XO醬菜苗鮮魷 鮮魷同菜苗比例適中,味道正常發揮。 冰鎮咕嚕肉冰爽酸甜而且外脆內嫩。
