自助餐揀左Premium中間價,無加任何野都試唔曬所有野食。原來入到去,前菜係要Scan QR code落單,每十分鐘先可以再落單,而主菜就要向侍應落單,每次最多兩款(我地係兩個人食),所以要係咁計時😂120分鐘用餐,但90分鐘就會last order。前菜:芒果蝦沙律開一開胃先Parma ham濃味又大塊,岩用黎下酒白酒煮青口,無諗過都幾大碟,青口肉都飽滿無沙田園沙律,中途要加沙律消滯~主菜:西班牙烤乳豬,好大件肉味濃。第一道主菜就叫呢樣,兩個人share食都開始飽😂A4宮崎和牛肩扒&小排,外面燒得都焦脆,入面熟嘅程度可自訂,有肉味但無日本食到嘅牛肉甜味~燒北海道野生帆立貝好味,外面燒熟而內裡仲係糖心未熟曬,旁邊嘅配菜係pickled洋蔥幾開胃烤時令魚,今日係烤三文魚,雖然皮脆肉嫩,但調味唔算入味烤羊架一碟有兩件,第一啖好有羊羶味,肉嫩嘅,主菜調味普遍都係簡單。香煎鵝肝,個質地好奇怪,唔似鵝肝🤔食一啖已放棄⋯⋯甜品叫左Tiramisu,酒味好重,Cream好軟滑;另外覺得咖啡gelato比開心果gelato出色。
