To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工食飯,周圍都要排隊唯獨佢得少量人流於門外,抱著伏既心態入去。。。 呢間丼丼屋空間感好好,好靜好舒服,枱同枱之間唔太迫(如果你唔係坐4人分做2人枱的話),唔講以為係cafe. 本來想食壽司既,看過餐牌原來只有丼類食品及加錢升級做套餐既刺身及飲品. 我同我夫君兩個叫左滑蛋鰻魚飯、炙燒海鮮丼、仲加錢升級食多碟刺身(跟湯及沙律)。啲前菜好快就到,其後食物都陸續抵達👍🏾前菜:個湯淡左少少,飲唔出係面屎湯定味噌,但湯內有有昆布及兩粒蜆肉沙律🥗都係蕃茄同菜啦無咩特別,佢個source係柚子汁,幾fresh! 刺身方面,佢有兩個價錢,「是日刺身」$38,有兩塊三文魚、兩塊北寄貝;「特上刺身」$58,有一隻大蝦(蝦頭無野咮😞)、一粒大帶子切開兩片、兩片三文魚、一堆三文魚子,全部都新鮮既! 主菜:滑蛋鰻魚,饅魚可以,汁少左啲;個滑蛋呢,底熟面生,其實唔稱得上係滑蛋,一般; 炙燒海鮮丼,唔知點解三文魚無味(但刺身有味嫁!),其他都不過不失啦兩丼加刺身加埋一,三舊水多啲,一小時多啲完成✅
