To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 通常外國節日是吃中菜,相反中國節日會去食西餐,貪佢唔使同人爭位。因此趁着元旦去試吓粵菜。可能因為佢係米之蓮一星,所以對佢個期望太高,食完覺得冇咩特別,而且價位比較高,兩個人食三個菜買單快要七百,可能去酒店食都差唔多價錢籠仔蒸蟹糯米飯原本想點蝦,但因為無蝦所以轉左蟹,隻蟹都算大隻,而且仲有少少膏,不過整體個糯米飯沒有什麼鮮味菠蘿生炒骨算係成晚最好食的那個小菜,個汁酸甜適中,而且個汁唔會搞到啲排骨林晒啫啫生菜煲最失望的一個餸,想時個煲已經唔熱,唔會好似平時啫啫煲咁治治聲,成個菜炒到好水,而且味道很淡

籠仔蒸蟹糯米飯
原本想點蝦,但因為無蝦所以轉左蟹,隻蟹都算大隻,而且仲有少少膏,不過整體個糯米飯沒有什麼鮮味
