玩 LUBUDS 現金卷玩得開心,吃了幾餐中菜之後尋覓集團的其他餐廳,自然是西菜及日菜,走高檔路線的幾間,在疫情期間堂食沒有優惠,更加應該把握現金卷的折扣。本來不想在疫情嚴重下吃廚師發辦,擔心貨源不足會影響質素,但神推鬼㧬下訂了一直想試的「今鮨」,周日中午一頓壽司發辦,只期望能吃餐好,不奢求驚喜。可惜被我猜中了,每位$888/13款的壽司發辦水準平常,主要是刺身以白身魚為主,魚款普通,鮮度未為頂級,欠缺我最看重的餘韻,壽司長陳師傅亦不在場;雖說如此,有我喜歡的赤醋飯及幸好調味方面有兩道值得欣賞:帆立貝壽司 以青檸汁調味本不新奇,但份量恰到好處,平衡得好好,沒有蓋過帶子的鮮味,口感極清新,帶子非常爽脆。池魚壽司 出場在深池之後,起初甚懷疑,因為池魚味淡,但這配了牙蔥薑蓉的池魚壽司咬落甜甜酸酸的,並非淡出鳥來,出奇的口感令我喜歡。請教師傅,但他回答池魚沒有醋漬過,後來我終於想通了,討好我的酸甜味道應該來自赤醋飯,想不到,會有這效果!刺身魚方面,石垣鯛很肥,粉紅白肉交替美如瑰玉,忍不住欣賞多一會兒才吃。今日的大拖羅亦是水準之上。其他食品中規中矩,以沒有環境下取價不低,唔算值回票價。詳情如下
