To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行街行到攰，就搵個地方輕鬆食返餐飯嚟叉叉電⚡️⚡️又差唔多到糧尾，就盡量搵啲抵食夾大件嘅嘢嚟食啦。依家因為疫情關係，所以餐廳安排咗員工帶位，餐廳內冇咗以前人山人海果種感覺，客人間都保持適當嘅距離，雖然疫情人人都唔想，但係有呢一種改善真係估唔到🙂瑞典肉丸(10粒) $22唔使講啦!!嚟到宜家傢俬必定要食佢，仲要點埋佢個紅莓醬先夠正!!!小食拼盤 $43薯茄，脆皮腸，雞翼，粟米每樣都有少少。係雞翼太過鹹，其他小食味道都正常。香烤三文魚柳 $49睇相見到三文魚柳都唔錯，但到枱切開食落就發現佢烤到過咗火，成嚿魚柳都好「柴」。最難頂係佢旁邊嘅蔬菜，食落竟然有一浸腥味，所以成碟嘢食咗一半就算。

睇相見到三文魚柳都唔錯，但到枱切開食落就發現佢烤到過咗火，成嚿魚柳都好「柴」。
最難頂係佢旁邊嘅蔬菜，食落竟然有一浸腥味，所以成碟嘢食咗一半就算。
