To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得放假去遠少少嘅東涌行街,自助餐無得食,就揀咗去八月花飲茶,可惜星期五無得用yuu優惠套餐,其餘套餐又唔抵食,就散叫啦。飲茶除咗點心要好食,當然個「茶」都好緊要,佢嘅鐵觀音有清香花味,讚👍🏼叫咗2個點心1個粉,最後加1個甜品。落單唔夠10分鐘上枱居然係個安格斯牛河。其實醃肉真係食唔出咩安格斯牛味囉,咪同一般牛肉差不多,不過,肉係軟淋嘅😁 對我黎講濕炒河最重要個芡汁有冇兜勻啲粉同好唔好食,其餘配菜同肉都不太重要😁 咁佢個汁都好味,食到豆豉嘅香味。不過,就係似粉、肉、汁分別一早整定之後執料咁執一碟,唔太似即炒😅 之後上鵪鶉蛋燒賣再放低豉油,我就立即倒晒豉油落去,結果阿姐話個豉油係落腸粉 死火,咁會否鹹死呢?幸好,佢個係甜豉油同個燒賣都夾比起平時無落豉油乾食更好味個姐姐好好,立即攞過碟豉油比我落腸粉。個酥脆蝦朋友話似油炸鬼炸兩咁,好食,我就覺得佢都整得幾脆,蝦實淨,粉皮都算適中幾好味不過口感同脆網蝦腸粉係有分別。最後,芝麻糕反而有驚喜,圖片係芝麻卷嘅圖,點知上枱係芝麻糕,原來menu寫的係芝麻糕,我好怕食魚膠糕😆 但食落去黑芝麻香微甜正合我哋口味 佢無落重魚膠,個糕唔會實的的唯一唔好嘅係佢

落單唔夠10分鐘上枱居然係個安格斯牛河。

其實醃肉真係食唔出咩安格斯牛味囉,咪同一般牛肉差不多,不過,肉係軟淋嘅😁 對我黎講濕炒河最重要個芡汁有冇兜勻啲粉同好唔好食,其餘配菜同肉都不太重要😁 咁佢個汁都好味,食到豆豉嘅香味。

個姐姐好好,立即攞過碟豉油比我落腸粉。個酥脆蝦朋友話似油炸鬼炸兩咁,好食,我就覺得佢都整得幾脆,蝦實淨,粉皮都算適中幾好味
不過口感同脆網蝦腸粉係有分別。
