To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身一行三人打算到壽司朗晚膳,可惜7點半到達已截龍,便到附近的茶泰,一試泰菜。意想不到味道不錯,且價格相宜,即使是堂食也不用加一。我們點了醬烤骨,泰式明爐烏頭🐟,飛天通菜🥬,泰香牛肉湯河🍜,另外加配了白飯🍚。另外可以半價加購飲品,我們點了泰式奶茶🧋,荔枝梳打和龍眼梳打。食物味道不錯,醬烤骨可以說是每枱必叫,鐵板上,一客有7至8舊大豬骨,醬汁酸酸的十分開胃,下面有明火暖著,不過留意吓我哋食物上枱時不是全熱,我們叫了店員再加火煮多一次才是全熱。泰式烏頭煮得過熟,相對較失色,但湯汁酸酸辣辣,也很開胃。如果不是煮得過熟會非常下飯。其他食物亦都不錯,特別一提龍眼梳打加入了龍眼蜜,很有驚喜。整體質素不錯,可以再訪。
