To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新開張,第一次幫趁,下午茶時段,有半數人客,未算太滿座。下午茶餐牌,時間2-5:30PM,A-G餐選擇,全部$36選了B餐,星洲炒米加餐飲熱奶茶奶茶先上茶和奶味平衡,但味道又唔算好突出。等候星米期間,聽到追單情況此起彼落,也許是新開業,運作未順暢吧,等了一會兒,星洲米上枱,賣相唔吸引材料有蝦仁、叉燒,火腿,顏色很淡,咖喱粉不足,沒有太大咖喱味,粗身米粉,做唔到彈身爽口,份量是下午茶餐份量,不會太飽肚,整體味道不過不失。會試其他新餐廳,未有意慾短期內再幫趁
