To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日買野經過開，見到午餐都有幾多人食，重有人等位，於是買個便當返屋企食。買左個日式吉列豬扒便當，等左大約5分鐘就有，大大盒熱辣辣，拎到返屋企都重熱，不錯。便當入面有蕃茄仔同粟米粒，但就無沙律醬，食到清新嘅味道。有個日式涼菜應該係黃豆同醃紫菜，味道甜甜地幾開胃。有2棵烚西蘭花，呢個就麻麻，烚到林晒，重要有一陣草青味。有個蛋餅，又係唔掂，係凍嘅，同埋一pat野唔似蛋嘅質感，無乜味。主角吉列豬扒，焗左咁耐都重脆口，脆漿唔會過厚，不過豬扒嘅質素較一般，太多肥膏，同埋有筋，無乜味，要靠沾個豬扒醬先叫有啲味，最好味係個飯，食到明顯係日本米，煙煙韌韌，不錯
