To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排係深水埗搵食,今日中午就出發到添好運飲個茶。假日關係,出面有成二三十人等位,好彩等左半個鐘就到。以前食過奧海城分店,今日黎到本店,當然係更抱期望。黃沙豬潤腸,腸粉確係皮薄而且好滑,但略嫌太薄,一夾就斷,啲餡跌晒出黎。而豬潤就切到細細粒,唔算特別。燒賣,賣相麻麻,食落亦都好一般,咁既價錢,地鐵站或者街市內既連鎖店x記唔會被比下去。咸水角,不過不失,仲係幾脆幾香口。馬拉糕,呢樣實在有啲失望,好細舊,唔夠鬆軟,亦唔太熱。到招牌既酥皮叉燒包,招牌菜始終係招牌菜,的確好食。酥皮香脆,但又唔會過份油膩。入面叉燒餡足料,唯一係偏鹹少少。以呢個價錢,呢個等位時間,其實香港仲有好多可以選擇,食物質素又高既茶樓。當然,若果只為酥皮叉燒包而來,就梗係值得一試。
