To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日係海富呢邊經過,聽朋友講過呢度既烤雞好抵食,就一於試下。今日點左個$48既烤雞餐,有1/4隻大雞,自選兩款配料加個嘢飲。由於本人對奶茶都有一定研究,就叫左個要+$6既樽仔奶茶。配料就選擇左雞湯油飯同烤雜菜。先講一講個飯,口感可以接受,唔會太冧亦唔會太硬。雞油味唔重,取而代之既係雞湯味。可能因為佢係「雞湯油飯」而唔係「雞油飯」🤣味道就係平時超市買到史雲生雞湯既味。雜菜就有少少燶,依然有啲菜青味,但唔會太生太硬入唔到口,一般般。主角-烤雞就有少少鞋,可能因為佢係大雞,驚鞋會推薦嗌翻細雞。配埋麻辣汁食落都幾惹味。份量絕對唔細,一定夠飽。最後奶茶飲落幾滑,夠奶味同口感唔會太薄。美中不足既係茶味唔夠,不過同茶記比絕對係會差啲。埋單52蚊都算抵食,有機會會再食。
