To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 網上看食評見好多like,順路經過就試下,見門口咁多人等緊,以為要等好耐添,2個人即刻有位唔使等直入,但坐係通道位置,坐位非常擠迫,旁邊客人食完要起身離開,我們也要起身讓路,D阿姐經常推車仔行過碰撞到,一邊食一邊要留意。
