To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘有間食酸菜魚的中式菜館 叫川粵時空 位於觀塘駿業街和巧明街交界 樓上食店 但位置十分方便！餐廳裝潢平實 但不失中式小餐館的風韻主打川粤小菜 午晚市都有營業～🐟老壇酸菜魚 $168/2-3人份量 小小小辣版 但都很夠味 酸菜魚湯微酸帶麻🌶魚肉片份量都幾多 肉質鮮嫩又無骨湯底有彈牙的寬粉、酸菜、豆卜、蒿筍、芽菜、木耳等 份量都好夠食😋～🥬上湯娃娃菜娃娃菜清甜入味 可中和辣味～🐖蒜泥白肉 酸酸辣辣好開胃蒜味濃濃 而且腩片肥瘦均匀 大大塊～🦐椒鹽蝦蝦炸到金黃色熱辣辣 又香口份量不過不失～🍡紅糖糍粑 糍粑外脆內軟 口感煙靭 紅糖味道不會過甜 但很飽肚------------------------------
