To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期六細妹生日,專登搭車嚟食,因為有coupons,每人都係$188加一,今次主題係地中海美食&火焰雪山,估唔到嗰晚勁多人,地中海美食有長腳蟹,炸蟹,煎蝦,煎三文魚&熟青口等等,不過要排隊攞,每次都俾各一隻,勁孤寒,時大隻時細隻,有啲根本細到得個殼,完全無肉!而火焰雪山主要係啲mousse包住雪糕,再係外層快速噴上火,味道麻麻,除咗這些,當然都有生蠔,三文魚&八爪魚,啲牛扒幾好味,其他熱盤不太吸引我,北菇蒸雞,牛油烤雞,薯仔,豬腳薑,雜菜,pizza,咖喱牛等甜品都ok,除蛋糕外,有Pappagallo雪糕六款味揀,有朱古力噴泉,生果有西瓜,蜜瓜& 菠蘿粒& 紅豆沙,飲品可自己酙,但得奶茶檸茶檸水,無果汁,如果特價就食得過,正價就唔係幾抵喇!
