To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次試左三樣野:1) 紅燒牛肉麵:湯冇乜味,比較單薄,有個色但唔夠料,雖然表面有一層油,感覺會辣,但實際上並唔辣。牛肉基本OK,但都有一條孖根咬唔開。麵感覺上似關廟麵,有質感,有嚼勁。菜用左小唐菜,感覺上唔似台灣風味,因為台灣基本上用榨菜,而且任由D客自己加,可多可少。2) 香酥雞扒:啖啖肉,份量足,但好似落少左鹽,唔似鹽酥雞。佢俾茄汁你點,更加唔似台灣食法。3) 胚芽奶茶:奶茶香濃,胚芽份量足,唔錯!
