Restaurant: Golden Traditional Noodle
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是晚，經常路過的此間甚多人等候的餐廳竟不用等位，故喜愛食麻辣米線的我們，便入內一試。牛丸麻辣米線（中辣）及淨麻辣米線（中辣）：湯底一般，但夠辣，米線則很交口及有彈性；而牛丸則普通，還有點雪味。口水雞（中辣）：肉質鮮甜，與麻辣味道配合恰當，不錯。蒜泥白肉（中辣）：比較厚切，蒜味香濃。服務：員工態度友善，雖然樓面只有兩位職員來應付繁重的工作，但他們仍能保持禮貌。環境：餐廳內的衛生不錯，雖坐得較迫，但我們覺得仍可接受。
