To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友訂了擺花街的紅館吃午餐,我還以為是一間中菜館,還找了好一會兒才找到這間餐廳,原來是西餐!為什麼名稱是紅館?,還找了好一會兒才找到這間餐廳,原來是西餐!為什麼名稱是紅館?因為餐廳是紅色為主?職員安排了我們一層,去到地庫的座位。套餐價錢大約120至230左右,我最後點了是日鮮魚,更餐包蘑菇湯蒜蓉包及飲品。蘑菇湯應該有部份是以新鮮磨菇攪磨出來的,蒜蓉包正常一般。魚扒很厚,忘記了是那種魚,但肯定不是龍利柳!賣相還不錯,但份量會比較少,適合食量比較少的人士
