To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平常去 Habitu 只飲杯咖啡, 今次決定試試食物出品! 朋友推介必食厚豬扒!Thick-cut Canadina Pork Rack 炸厚切豬柳扒 $198 ~ 拍到薄薄的豬柳, 大大塊好鬆軟又脆厚, 粉漿唔厚, 加上醋味醬汁, 新鮮小茄及我最喜愛的火箭菜, 又真係唔錯! Fish n’ Chips 炸魚薯條 $ 158 ~ 炸魚粉漿略厚, 魚肉相對偏少, 一陣雪味! 薯條粗粗的, 新鮮炸起熱辣辣!Caffe Rosa $54 ~ 濃濃的玫瑰乾花味, 睇落幾靚, 聞落幾香, 飲落一般!
