To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得一家人落街食飯,11:30就去到茶木,嗰時茶木啱啱開門唔需要等位。諗起一開始茶木登陸馬鞍山嗰時,11:30已經有一大堆人很門口排隊攞飛等入去,不過呢間野已經唔再新鮮,所以開門入去唔使等位都正常。佢個餐牌其實每一次主食都係得嗰啲,佢間唔中會有啲新嘅菜式。今次我叫咗個沙朗肉躁飯。每一次叫飯其實都係為咗隻糖心蛋,我覺得依家啲肉操比較油,下次可以叫佢另上,然後去一去油。沙朗肉其實都唔錯,不過你會食得出佢係雪藏牛肉,同埋用咗梳打粉。感覺上個份量細一小小,得三舊。

每一次叫飯其實都係為咗隻糖心蛋,我覺得依家啲肉操比較油,下次可以叫佢另上,然後去一去油。

沙朗肉其實都唔錯,不過你會食得出佢係雪藏牛肉,同埋用咗梳打粉。感覺上個份量細一小小,得三舊。
