To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人咁啱係九龍灣佢哋又話好耐冇食燒肉就決定一齊去食牛角小弟就第二次食牛角上次食都覺得一般般,冇乜特別而今次嘅感覺一樣👉首先,食牛角等一個鐘都基本😢其實我都諗唔明點解會咁多人👆由於等到餓,一坐低就即刻叫三碗牛角飯我覺得牛角飯真係全牛角最好食都唔知咁講算係讚定彈但燒肉舖最好笑嘅係飯都幾好笑😂值得一提係我哋叫咗三碗飯一碗正常 一碗多汁 一碗多葱但嚟到就咁放低三碗飯全部都係紫菜遮住我都唔知邊碗打邊碗我都明白晚巿多人,但係始終中價舖頭我都期望你起碼話返俾我知邊碗打邊碗👇好啦,終於食肉啦由於我覺得燒肉好難影,所以淨係影咗少少生肉我覺得牛舌係唔錯爽口得嚟醃味都唔錯仲有幾分牛舌味道個人幾喜歡☝️豚腩肉都ok肥肥哋嘅腩肉拎去燒嘅油脂感幾正而且個人食腩肉唔會太求鮮味油脂分布平均,食落又香就唔錯✋雞肉就落味重手咗調味料係幾香,但食第二三舊就重味同埋無乜雞肉本身嘅肉同口感🤙之後就決定所有牛一齊講個人都牛嘅評價大致相同就係 一係冇味 一係得醃料味我覺得所有牛都冇乜鮮味(唔知係咪我要求高)所以有啲牛佢哋冇乜落調味先就好似食落冇乜味但有啲牛佢一落肉又落得好重味就好似食調味料咁冇乜食到有牛肉味嘅牛對於一餐燒肉嚟講真

佢哋又話好耐冇食燒肉
就決定一齊去食牛角
小弟就第二次食牛角
上次食都覺得一般般,冇乜特別
而今次嘅感覺一樣

👉首先,食牛角等一個鐘都基本😢
其實我都諗唔明點解會咁多人

👆由於等到餓,一坐低就即刻叫三碗牛角飯
我覺得牛角飯真係全牛角最好食
都唔知咁講算係讚定彈
但燒肉舖最好笑嘅係飯都幾好笑😂
值得一提係我哋叫咗三碗飯
一碗正常 一碗多汁 一碗多葱
但嚟到就咁放低三碗飯
全部都係紫菜遮住
我都唔知邊碗打邊碗
我都明白晚巿多人,但係始終中價舖頭
我都期望你起碼話返俾我知邊碗打邊碗

我覺得所有牛都冇乜鮮味(唔知係咪我要求高)
所以有啲牛佢哋冇乜落調味先就好似食落冇乜味
但有啲牛佢一落肉又落得好重味
就好似食調味料咁
冇乜食到有牛肉味嘅牛對於一餐燒肉嚟講真係失望

🤝總括來說
好多肉嘅調味都好重手
食落冇乜肉嘅鮮味
而冇乜調味嘅肉就完全冇鮮味
所以一係食調味料 一係食冇味嘅肉
所以我覺得間唔中食下都ok
但要排個幾鐘就不了😂
