To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前一排去火炭探個親戚,探完之後就話去附近地方食飯,由於附近都冇咩選擇,而且呢間酒樓附近係可以停車,所以就揀咗呢間酒樓。但入咗佢哋嘅停車範圍之後,嗰啲印度籍管理員就係咁叫我比架車佢哋泊車,我講咗唔需要,我大把時間,但係佢哋死都要幫我泊。但又唔係無位,我都泊到啦。感覺佢哋係好想最尾你俾佢小費,我非常唔鍾意呢個感覺。所以如果要揸車嘅朋友想試呢間餐廳就要小心。點左幾個菜,燒鵝好多骨,雖然味道唔錯。另外有個蝦味排骨都還好,蝦味幾特別,而且非常脆。茄子煲就冇咩驚喜,感覺上係茶餐廳質素,但酒店嘅價錢。而且店員嘅服務態度一般,下次去火炭都未必會再幫襯。食完之後本來諗住坐多陣,但係覺得佢哋啲冷氣越嚟越凍,好似想趕人走咁。
