To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食過呢間餐廳,夜晚睇完戲就入去食下,星期四食牛扒特別便,但係qr code落唔到特價價錢,大家記得搵職完落。牛扒分量充足,薯條都好香脆,呢個價錢食到呢個質素唔太差。當然唔好要求好有牛味好好食,我覺得對得住個價錢。另外叫野菌白汁焗雞飯,同以前一樣都係炒飯底,但係個炒飯底比較hea,以前真係吵到粒粒分明。另外冇咗松露汁,份量亦細咗,無論係雞嘅數量定係成碟飯嘅份量,都細碟咗,唯一芝士都係充足,不過不失。
