To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳算難book位，真係要早成個月訂，就因為難訂個期望值會提高。餐廳入面地方唔大，但啲櫈都幾好坐，佢供嘅茶有啲菊花香，清清地。我地叫左鱔煲：正常，如果啲鱔厚切啲仲好，呢個要預早訂，餐廳會當日打俾你問，另外個花甲蒸蛋都係要預留，不過今次冇叫炸蠔餅：啲蠔算大隻，不過個蛋漿唔啱口味，佢係偏炸好似食風咁，我自己鐘意有多啲蛋漿好似蛋餅咁，但佢嘅味道唔錯的滷水三拼（豬大腸，元蹄，墨魚片）：三樣都好食，佢有豆腐墊底，豆腐好食，好滑滷水鵝片：鵝片佢算做得唔錯，唔會鞋，不過佢個滷水汁偏多花椒八角味，咁就要視乎個人口味，都偏鹹少少娃娃菜：呢個清清地，啲菜都嫩炒飯：正常，無驚喜蝦子撈麵：無特別，偏鹹，唔算好味整體來講我覺得無想像中好，不過滷水嘢算出色，但其他炒飯同麵同麻麻，我見有啲人炒蝦，炒海鮮好似唔錯
