好想食腸粉,見這間有點歷史又叫第一,入去試吓。叫了兩款腸粉。都是外皮夠薄但唔夠滑,無米香。手切牛腸粉的牛肉不韌卻也不滑,另一款第一腸粉是肉燥加菜甫,不但無味而且帶酸。菜乾豬骨粥本是我至愛,這間本來也不差,粥底夠綿,有一件小小豬骨,味道也OK的。可是它有一大堆切碎了的鴨腎,雖已切到細細粒,但好硬,破壞了整碗粥的綿滑。蘿蔔糕是用粟粉那種配方,所以是半透明的,中間有幾條粗條蘿蔔條,整體欠缺蘿蔔味。喜歡與否視乎你喜唔喜歡粟粉口感,我就麻麻。
