To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚又到深水埗上課又可以係附近揾下野食先，今晚行了去泰基隆食個泰國晚餐先。時間上早所以不是太多人，而且我一個人其實都無咩選擇的，所以看過餐牌就點了個泰式香葉辣肉碎炒飯同青檸梳打。看一看鋪內裝修都幾特別，而且發覺鋪內有部分人係泰國人，先來青檸梳打～正正常常好快泰式香葉辣肉碎炒飯就送到眼前，香葉配辣肉碎炒相當香口，加起炒飯一同吃會帶一點點辣～不錯不錯，而且大大碗，整體服務，環境都滿意，有機會約朋友再一試。
