To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎到大尾篤其實有好多間既泰菜同燒烤，我今次黎到呢間泰置菜，聽講係幾好食既，友人幾年前食過。呢間鋪個氣氛幾好，員工都著住泰國既衫，泰味重，而且眼見好多客既便餸菜既「色」都不菜，具特色，環境不錯。先來餐牌叫左野食，我地等左大概十分鐘，就好快有野食到先黎左個金邊粉，呢個金邊粉個味道唔錯，唔同平時係街食既咁，不枉我咁遠水路入到黎食再黎左個curry，呢個個人認為都幾正中，而又唔會辣到我食唔到或者要不停灌水👍🏻叫得個咖哩，唔少得一定要叫個飯或者簿餅，點來吃所以就叫左個焗簿餅，揀呢個，係因為我見到其他人都有叫，而佢個賣相幾得意，貪得意就揀左佢。不過佢又真係幾好食，好肉穌皮湯個穌皮一樣，因為個咖哩個份量都唔少而且又正，我就唔想浪費左佢，再叫左個飯黎送咖哩。呢個飯正！成晚最正係佢！推介👍🏻中間因爲口渴都叫左個野飲下，呢個多水到我輕輕一郁就倒了出來，好佩服waiter十分專業，送來時不會倒瀉整體很好，如果近啲市區就更好
