To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天在屋邨商場楝飲擇食，楝呢間「響一品」，因為午市每次經過都見到客似雲來，都沒有一嘗，可能受疫情影響，並未滿座，也做就我有機會一試。自家製咖哩吉列豬扒飯自家製咖哩有BB微辣，味道帶微甜、濃而不鹹，吉列豬扒鬆軟香脆，白飯熱騰騰，整體非常滿意。鐵板三色椒牛肉粒飯吱吱喳喳地上枱，鐵板的樂章引動食欲，牛肉粒沒有使用鬆肉粉，味道和肉質都正常。兩份套餐好食又扺食！沒有加一小費，跟餐有味噌湯和餐飲，我們都選擇熱奶茶。
