煎餃子不錯,皮薄有彈性,煎得脆脆的,可口。黃耳本身沒什味道,不過有雪裡紅的咸味帶起,折然不同;又有脆皮豆腐,外脆內軟,好吃。黑松露牛油果炒飯,是牛油果醬,已經有了心理準備是見不到牛油果了,我一向不覺得黑松露是什麼樣的味道,與炒飯一起便有咸咸地囉!好吃的是女婿落單的潮式涼瓜烙,香煎的蛋角內包含了爽口的涼瓜,值得一讚。羅漢齋炒麵是羅漢齋跟麵分開上的,不致於麵被欠汁弄濕了,有心思!
