To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工想食日本野行行下黎到金百利既築地6點幾黎到唔算好多人打開menu，應有盡有生蠔都有得食~ 好多都想試下見有套餐幾抵食，所以揀左特上二人前 $458另有精選二人前 $238因為精選冇刺身併盤所以我地揀特上先黎前菜: 三品盛合有蜆肉，中華沙律，蓮藕特飲我揀左巨峰乳酸特飲幾好飲，甜甜地唔會好酸有巨峰味道，好開胃刺身併盤海膽好鮮甜，入口即溶赤貝同北寄貝好爽口三文魚就好肥美鱆紅魚食落好似油甘魚，冇乜鯹味甜蝦好甜，肉質黏口醋鯖魚食落有淡淡既魚香松葉蟹肉香芒蟹籽沙律芒果好甜好易入口沙律醬同青瓜混喺一齊食落好爽口夾雜少少松葉蟹肉，甜甜地幾清新野菜天婦羅炸得啱啱好，唔厚粉野菜好香甜串燒盛--有好多串燒喺入面醬燒牛肋片串d牛好嫩醬燒帆立貝串，好大粒帆立貝，同醬汁好配合醬燒雞柳串同鹽燒冬菇串，不過不失雞中翼串，有少少胡椒味，幾好食抹茶鹽燒明蝦，上面灑有抹茶粉，不過味道唔係好濃，蝦肉彈牙直火炊廣島蠔釜飯鍋好得意，成個飯鍋上枱有野喺下面燒住，等幾分鐘就食得望落以為好少飯，點知原來好深好多飯2個人最後都食唔哂入面蠔大大隻，飯粒採用珍珠米蠔既汁混哂入飯粒度令到每粒飯都好鮮甜南瓜雪糕本身比佢外型吸引左覺得好特別原
