To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日來到廣怡廣場,都喜歡去金公館飲茶,因為點心味道有水準。今晚因為有金公館夜繽紛$50 coupon, 所以決定嚟食晚餐。我哋點了半隻片皮鴨、賽螃蟹、椒鹽鮮魷同埋黑椒薯仔牛柳粒。片皮鴨嘅皮熱辣辣,加埋片皮鴨同配菜,真係非常好食。黑椒牛柳粒都相當惹味,牛肉粒都軟嫩多汁。賽螃蟹的蛋白炒得口感像蟹肉,非常美味。椒鹽鮮魷就一般,主要係鮮魷食落嘅感覺唔係太新鮮,呢味餸比其他酒樓失色,但整體成餐飯都相當滿意。最搞笑係俾錢嘅時候出示coupon,但原來星期日唔用得,望下張coupon,真係有寫只限星期一至五晚上八點後使用😫😅
