To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次晚上7點半去要等成大半個鐘,今次6點半去到唔洗等位,直接入座。首先點左個極上未來牛稀少部位盛6點,個人應為 6點當中友三角最好食,牛味較濃郁,另外5 點不過不失啦。而韓式蛋卷配明太子醬唔好食,舊蛋無味,面頭加左少少醬同蟹籽,無咩特別然後追加碟友三角(4 片)、特上牛肋條(4 片),特上牛肋條油脂太多,食落好多油,口感太軟,唔太喜歡。最後點左個靜岡焙茶雪糕,食完燒肉食翻杯糕好似無咁油膩,份量比我想像中多,兩個人食就啱曬,茶味夠又唔太甜值得一提既係服務員好細心,叫左杯白桃燒酎梳打,服務員見我攬唔混杯底啲糖醬,主動過黎幫我攪混
