法國菜來說,價錢與質素均不錯。生蠔$100 半打,新鮮但好細隻,可接受。appetizer 鯷魚甜洋蔥薄餅,原來咁鹹嘅鯷魚配甜洋蔥係幾好食咖喎!個escargots不得了,好食!配法包一流,牛油好味。牛扒同豬面就好普通。薯條新鮮,個mayonnaise 好。甜品raspberry sorbet配蛋白餅,頗清甜解膩。燈光昏暗,叫了rosé飲,傾偈唔錯,影相侍應幫手開燈,頗為周到。作為法國餐廳,signature菜式唔多夠,無confit de canard,無bœuf bourguignon,或以caviar/foie gras為賣點的菜式,很美式,即係有d悶囉。
