同屋企人食生日飯,食好少少啦,順便試下呢度,平時好少黎呀...我地人唔太,都夠食SET...就叫了個SET....唔好講咁多...以下入正題:九層塔醃小番茄配酒香甜梨 --- 相當合時令,天時暑熱,呢份野真係好MATCH囉~ 味道方面,全部生果甜哂,點會唔好食? 夾雜酒香、香料香,係好好既前菜。龍井煙燻乳鴿 --- 味道會唔會太似煙鴨胸呀.... 茶味唔突出,有改善空間。煎肉餅 --- 有咸香,細細塊,個人頗喜歡。芥末魷魚配豆角 --- 魷魚攻鼻到呢... 我又幾LIKE WOR... 不過D豆就尋常口味雪梨湯 --- 家的感覺... 平時冇湯水既,會LIKE吧...我平時有...要珍惜...雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉 --- 重點係D粉... 夠味的,幾好食,死左的蟹大哥係配角....唔記得個名...好似係頭抽雞 --- 味道不錯,但D肉韌到呢... 迷思: 豉油入味..點入舊鐵入面?話梅肉桂糖醋排骨 --- 有層糖衣既一字骨,有梅味,肉質也OK,一人一舊,唔錯的...又唔記得個名... 雜菌少蝦之類... --- 蝦都叫大隻,D菌辣左D...味道一般吧...好似叫咸菜菜心 ---
