To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人食生日飯,食好少少啦,順便試下呢度,平時好少黎呀...我地人唔太,都夠食SET...就叫了個SET....唔好講咁多...以下入正題:九層塔醃小番茄配酒香甜梨 --- 相當合時令,天時暑熱,呢份野真係好MATCH囉~ 味道方面,全部生果甜哂,點會唔好食? 夾雜酒香、香料香,係好好既前菜。龍井煙燻乳鴿 --- 味道會唔會太似煙鴨胸呀.... 茶味唔突出,有改善空間。煎肉餅 --- 有咸香,細細塊,個人頗喜歡。芥末魷魚配豆角 --- 魷魚攻鼻到呢... 我又幾LIKE WOR... 不過D豆就尋常口味雪梨湯 --- 家的感覺... 平時冇湯水既,會LIKE吧...我平時有...要珍惜...雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉 --- 重點係D粉... 夠味的,幾好食,死左的蟹大哥係配角....唔記得個名...好似係頭抽雞 --- 味道不錯,但D肉韌到呢... 迷思: 豉油入味..點入舊鐵入面?話梅肉桂糖醋排骨 --- 有層糖衣既一字骨,有梅味,肉質也OK,一人一舊,唔錯的...又唔記得個名... 雜菌少蝦之類... --- 蝦都叫大隻,D菌辣左D...味道一般吧...好似叫咸菜菜心 ---
