To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不錯的酸菜魚

同事推薦，而且訂座又有折扣就去試了，本來不喜歡吃酸的我都愛上了食。由於我不吃辣，所以酸菜魚走了辣，但都很好食，而且份量十足，魚肉鮮嫩及滑，食完魚後又可以打邊爐，我們另外又叫了一些配料打邊爐，雪花牛肉不似出面劣質的，賣相及入口都不錯；另外烏冬也值得一試，很煙韌有咬口，食落像日本烏冬；還有炸饅頭，我因太飽沒有食，不過男友食了表示很好食，還有其他食物唐生菜、豬大腸、也不錯，整體都很好，值得一試，價錢因訂位有折，折了後也很便宜。
