自己都成日嚟諾士佛台飲嘢,但食嘢就比較少,呢度好多餐廳都係食西式餐廳,西班牙菜就只係得呢一間,所以我有陣時都會嚟試吓。店員在餐桌上的擺設非常用心,餐廳亦都充滿南西班牙的風情,亦都滲入左右摩洛哥嘅特色。一坐低嘅時候,我一定會先叫一杯酒。呢一杯酒有一個特色,就係可以自己去揀Flavour,可以揀士多啤梨、荔枝、芒果是但一款。再之後叫左個Tapas,係Garlic Prawn in Olive Oil,蝦肉質爽脆,特別欣賞廚師會將蝦腸清理乾淨,另外亦都配上左好多蒜片,提升左整個Tapas的香氣。之後我亦都叫咗一個焗香草田螺牛骨髓,呢一個Dish我覺得真係幾特別,特別佢用心地將牛骨髓整到啫咁,非常容易食;田螺嘅牛油味,亦都好香,整餐飯的體驗不錯。
