To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時天氣咁熱，懶得外出都會叫外賣回家。但好多時候外賣的質素都會相對差，因為溫度問題，送到家中有機會麵太淋，食物太凍，甜品溶咗或炸物不夠脆。但我每次叫一風堂的拉麵、餃子外賣都沒有這個問題。因為湯和麵都分開包裝，送到家中的湯依然非常熱。麵質也不會因此而太淋。白丸元味配水煮野菜拉麵慢煮豬柳叉燒不錯 湯底也不俗厚切牛舌黑醬油拉麵牛古好食 拉麵又不怕太淋太咸鰻魚飯 味道一般 鰻魚不算好好食
