1️⃣蟹味噌拉麵
🍽豚骨湯底加入蟹味噌製作,麵條掛湯彈牙,吸收湯底的風味,主角是鮮甜牛油蟹鉗,還有蟹膏牛油、醬油粟米及炙燒卷腩叉燒 ,配料豐富多樣,而蟹膏牛油隨著時間溶化,令湯底更濃厚,整體給人一種滿足感。
2️⃣鰻魚飯
🍽鰻魚肉質鮮嫩,惹味的鰻魚醬汁滲入米飯中,增加了米飯的口感和風味。
3️⃣一風堂餃子
🍽熱辣辣,細細粒,皮薄,餡料滿滿,忍唔住一口接一口。

新咗之後,大量連續餐廳進駐,馬鞍山正式擺脫左「美食沙漠」🏜️ 🏝️呢個美名。今日想食日本料理,經過一風堂見到性價比相當唔錯,就決定試一試。
🍜湯頭濃厚,濃濃既豬骨味🐖,咸鮮撲耳。
🍜拉麵方面,選擇比較硬身既麵質,可以食到麵的勁度👊🏻👊🏻,相對有咬口。
🍜叉燒方面,係慢煮豬柳叉燒,有另於一般拉麵叉燒,慢煮能保留豬肉既汁水,而且非常粉嫩☺️☺️
🍜糖心蛋,拉麵指定配菜之一。蛋黃為橙黃色,蛋味濃郁🐣🐥,而且糊口,可以增加拉麵既濃厚度
首先,拉麵的湯底濃郁香醇,充滿了鮮味。一啖下去,令人心曠神怡!😋🌟

This time the foie gras ramen was a bit too odd for my taste. The foie gras was good, but the corn soup for the noodles didn’t really go well together. The cold noodle was also too strong, you could barely taste anything after a few bites because all your taste buds are overloaded. Next time we will go back to ordering the normal ramen.
The oyster appetizer was good though- beware of burning your tongue it was sooo hot. The pork bun was also delicious. So fluffy and soft.

又係個句, 唔想諗食咩, 食個便當都唔錯, 一個飯盒入面有幾款野, 就算唔好食, 都睇得下啦.
個飯和風汁煮豚肉, 諗住佢D汁會浸死個飯, 點知一滴汁都無, D豬肉又無里色水, 抱住中伏既心態去食啦. 點知...真係不得了, 原來D汁係比D肉索晒入去, 舊肉仲要超級淋, 入口即溶咁, 完全唔係誇張, 不過就肥左少少, 可能就係因為哩D部位, 所以先會咁淋身.
筍片都好濃味, 索晒醬油既味道, 送飯都係一流. 甜蛋係凍既, 雖然唔算好滑, 但係好甜. 芝麻炸雞翼都炸得好脆身, 但一D都唔油膩. 最削既係燒粟米, 雖然佢燒得幾靚, 但係一D粟米味都冇, 亦都零甜味. 整體個性價係高既, 可惜佢無送埋飲品, 唔係佢會更加高D.
