To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛剛同兩個女仔朋友去完韓國首爾,大家都對首爾的食物念念不忘 。 甘好啦,大家就約埋系 cafe 首爾大家聚一聚啦.這家韓國小店都幾有特色,細細間,有韓國的食物相掛系牆上,播住韓國歌,都ok有特色。 不過d位有d窄,sofa位好窄下,唔系太舒服,坐個刻我心入面想,唔知系我肥定系韓國的女仔瘦d, 所以d位整得甘窄。。。講返食物先,我地點左大家都中意食的牛肉紫菜包飯卷($55), 無骨原味炸雞($68), 韓式豬手($60), 牛肋骨湯跟飯 ($80)。牛肉紫菜包飯卷有11件,都幾大件,啲牛肉都醃得很好味,牛肉的味道就是整個包飯的精髓,配埋黃牙卜紅蘿蔔等,味道很夾,很好吃!值得推薦!無骨原味炸雞系炸雞粒,系真系雞粒,細細粒,比起而家流行的炸雞細粒好多。所以比例上炸粉同雞肉的比例是1:2, 沒有淡淡肉的效果,不過都ok的,風味各不同。是熱辣辣新鮮炸起,都幾好味。牛肋骨湯跟飯我就覺得比較遜色。因爲一上檯就穩到陣陣so味,我也搞唔清系牛肉的so味定系雪藏味。牛肋骨有4件左右,大約系一條牛肋骨,唔系好多肉。湯系牛肋骨清湯,帶點黑椒味,有少少辣,但系黑椒味道唔太重,如果黑椒落多d我覺得會開胃同好味好多

韓式豬手就有驚喜!有 8 片薄薄的豬手,我估系用韓國醬油醃製,因爲聽聞韓國醬料比我地香港/中國的醬料唔同,韓國的比較甜同香。這豬手確實唔太鹹,偏甜但唔膩,也有很香的醬油味。可能因為係薄切,肉炆得很淋很入味,很好食!
