To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次見冇膏的油鹽焗奄仔蟹見仲係農曆8月，點了兩只奄仔蟹。在樓下檔口問咗兩次係咪一定有膏，拍心口話有，ok ! 你揀我pay冇問題。上到枱，一只係半黃膏，另一只可以講係冇膏。咩叫奄仔蟹？我相信大家都應該心裡面有個譜。我唔係話要黃油蟹，但最少都有D黃膏睇吓！我問佢，佢話係我自己揀，唔係嘛！你叫佢翻睇一下CCTV？一百幾十，其實冇所謂！但打開門做生意，信譽口碑好重要，做壞咗個名，貼多多明星相都冇用啦⋯⋯ 埋單我帶埋只蟹比佢睇，唔好話我呃佢。
