偷得浮生半日閒。有機會到流浮山食海鮮。好幸運有公共泊車位。停好車便直去龍如酒家。每次來都係呢間。服務員態度好,有魚湯送。唔係話其他唔好。只係唔想週圍試。今次三款都係貝類。三種做法:蟶子皇就豉椒汁,元貝就蒜蓉粉絲蒸,鮑魚當然係果皮豉汁蒸。特別讚元貝,真係大大粒厚身,好正。都算入味。但粉絲白潺潺有點失色,要自己撈汁,扣分。鮑魚雖然正常,但果皮咬唔開要吐出來,亦無果皮味。又係有點失望。整體配料質量、做法一般,但無損海鮮味道,一碗飯好快食完。結賬要573港圓。正常價格。

以前來流浮山都係食海灣,自從海灣執咗就試吓新嘢,撞咗入呢間龍如洒家。門面都乾淨企理。叫了炸生蠔,兩隻奄仔蟹,三隻大南非鮑,鼓油皇大蝦。九百幾蚊埋單,包埋送魚湯同埋椰汁糕和飯後果橙。三個人食價錢唔算非常貴,但係感覺真心差,奄仔百一蚊一隻,用鹽焗,但係有一隻係無膏嘅,鮑魚用嚟做薑蔥鮑魚煲,煮出嚟已經唔靚,d汁一大pat,三隻都係超靭,好明顯係唔新鮮。我食咗鮑魚幾十年,好清楚係死鮑魚至係咁嘅質地。以後唔會再幫襯。

龍如酒家係朋友介紹,山長水遠嚟到流浮山緊係食海鮮 。撇除海鮮嘅質素,其實海鮮新鮮就間間都好食,最主要係食佢哋師傅煮嘢食火喉同調味 。1)豉椒炒蜆唔記得係蜆定花甲,炒得好野味 。乾淨無沙 。2)龍如脆腩唔記得咗係咪呢個名不過朋友點名話要試佢哋嘅魚腩,我本身麻麻食魚,但係佢整得好香口,連骨都可以食埋 。3)薑蔥花蟹整體嚟講佢啲海鮮都好新鮮,唔係水蟹,啲肉都好實淨 。4)清蒸陳皮鮑魚唔係南非鮑,肉質都軟熟同滑 。5)椒鹽瀨尿蝦佢地加左大量洋蔥,又幾好食,調味又唔會過咸 。6)腐乳炒通菜,正常一個炒菜 。本身想點埋佢地豆腐滾湯,不過佢哋當日話豆腐變壞咗所以無緣佢地滾湯 。其實豆腐好容易係出面臨急買到,但係佢地都寧願唔做,相信佢哋對品質都抱有要求 。

本身想點埋佢地豆腐滾湯,不過佢哋當日話豆腐變壞咗所以無緣佢地滾湯 。其實豆腐好容易係出面臨急買到,但係佢地都寧願唔做,相信佢哋對品質都抱有要求 。

西澳嘅龍蝦本身非常新鮮,去到嘅時候仲係扎扎跳
呢個芝士焗龍蝦真係一流,龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,再配埋濃厚嘅芝士味,配搭上真係一流
龍蝦處理上亦都唔會有太過熟嘅情況,火候控制得宜

年廿八晚飯,諗住去食餐好啲去流浮山食海鮮餐,我哋兩個冇訂枱,經過龍如門口啲夥計又好親切,餐廳門口又有好多海鮮可以揀,我哋就決定揀呢間喇,一坐低夥計就俾咗兩碗魚湯我哋先,其實海鮮只要新鮮基本上都係好食嘅,咁梗係要開返一支白酒啦。龍蝦一大隻🦞,我哋叫上湯龍蝦配煎米粉底,其實真係好好味,唔使每次都係用芝士底太漏又食唔落其他嘢。油鹽水蝴蝶蚌,好似過火咗少少,少韌。椒鹽賴尿蝦兩隻,肥美有糕😋蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌仔四隻。其實入去流浮山食海鮮,都預咗係貴,冇諗過原來門口買嗰啲海鮮係要另外再俾加工費,但係成餐飯嘅招呼都係一流,所以就算俾多少少都係順氣嘅!

呢道菜相比之下就失色左少少,豉油味夠,蝦都鮮甜大隻既,不過就唔算好特別既款式。

我們跟團食團體餐,但想吃多一些東西,於是點多碟豉椒炒蜆 ,侍應說我們八位,兩斤才夠吃,所以我們要了一碟炒蜆再加多碟豉油王炒麵,餸菜上嚟之後,那碟蜆有頗多未開和有殼沒有肉的,碟炒麵就正常,隨後侍應就給我張單,一睇之下,共收$560,碟炒麵$120,即係碟蜆要440蚊,明細看返,來料代烹$164,海鮮代收$276,即係話一斤蜆$138,我們要了兩斤就$276,但為何我在這裡落單要有來料代烹的收費呢,侍應和我說這裡全條街都是如此,因我落單前沒有問清楚,當下唯有做羊牯,結帳了事,所以在這裏提提大家要留意

趁假日一行四人去流浮山旅行, 行到五點零鐘去搵嘢食, 龍如酒家門口職員話免加一, 見到酒家門口好多明星相, 所以貢咗入去試下, 門口揀海鮮整個過程也沒有什麼問題, 食物水準一般, 但見張餐廳價目表話蕎頭收15蚊茶錢各樣, 埋呢張單大數每人維到大約接近七百蚊, 但覺得奇怪係上星期啱啱去完三聖村, 人哋啲帳目號分明, 點樣收費好清楚, 但呢度問職員一個大數, 覺得好奇怪十分不透明, 我哋見慣世面, 出慣黎食嘢,所以沒有再追問, 但心目中已經將佢哋列入黑名單, 希望在此提醒需要清楚帳目嘅人, 避免再中招!

第五波疫情完結,21/4晚市重開,市民紛紛外出吃好西,這是小編第二次約老朋友飯局吹水。已經最少有3年時間沒踏足流浮山食海鮮了,近年多數去西貢。今日班老朋友趁51假期,遊覽濕地公園,隨後順路來到流浮山的龍如酒家吃海鮮。一行八位,點菜目標明確。上湯龍蝦米粉煎底,幾咀刁架!比慣常的芝士配伊麵底,米粉是較清淡不糊口,冇咁漏,食客下次不妨一試。今次揀了澳龍3斤幾重,一味價過千了,是今晚主角,總算不負眾望。龍躉兩食,西芹炒球和脆炸頭腩骨,個人喜歡香口煮法,香脆好味道。酥炸生蠔,不過不失啦!如果有隻一點,再Juice一點,就更佳。奄仔蟹,流浮山興用油鹽焗煮法,新鮮有膏,但一隻要110元,價錢貴了些啊!每人食半隻,未夠喉囉!粉絲蒸貴妃蚌,麻麻地,似蒜蓉蒸粉絲,蚌肉細到似蜆肉。椒鹽鮑魚,幾爽口彈牙,好食過陳皮蒸。炒通菜,正常野。例湯,椰汁糕和生果都是送嘅!查實咪打埋入菜價。招呼又吾錯喎!侍應當然是同胞級阿姐啦!但勝在夠落力和態度都親切。整體上,食物質素不錯,夠鑊氣。街坊酒家的裝潢和衞生水平,價錢可能因為復市不久,加少少價都情有可原的,加上有消費券支持,大眾市民都樂於消費的。吃到美味的海鮮,不得不讚嘆上主

吃到美味的海鮮,不得不讚嘆上主的偉大創造,而世人可以享受美食,應該感恩,也要愛護地球啊!

之前朋友帶嚟食過一次之後,再一家人嚟提早做節,基本上都係跟朋友之前推介叫餸,4個人叫咗8個餸除咗龍蝦應該唔會有下次之後其他都好正,整體材料夠新鮮,味道雖然係偏濃但都唔影響海鮮口感!如果特別係當中兩款重口味人氣之選豉椒蟶子同炆班腩都好惹味👍👍原本見到隔離枱 碟炒飯都好想叫埋嚟試,但真係冇辦法再叫多一樣🤣🤣
